"Why do I have to comment in art-share?"
We found that prior to the rule being put in place, a lot of artists were consistently being posted over and generally feeling unseen. We feel that artists should lift each other up and appreciate the work people bring to the server!
"How do I get a booster role?"
If you have Discord Nitro, you can boost a server! If you do that for CSDS, you'll gain access to the Booster role, booster giveaways, and a custom color role of your choice! You also get access to external emojis and stickers.
"How do I get a scout role?"
On our forum thread, we have small stamps that can be put in your CS Signature or trade rules! If you do that and let us know, you'll get the scout role and access to scout giveaways!
"If this isn't an official server, why do I need to follow CS rules?"
Despite not being an official server, we are still linked directly to the site, with a thread that contains our invite link. As long as we are connected to CS, we must adhere to all the same rules, or we risk being delinked from the site.
"How do I become a CSDS staff member?"
Check out of Staff Openings page on this website! We are also consistently updating the server on our hiring needs.
"What does COPPA mean? Why can't I join if I'm under 13?"
COPPA stands for Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, affecting all children under 13 in the United States. This law is designed to stop children from sharing private information online. COPPA users cannot send messages or post on CS, and per Discord's TOS, anyone under the age of 13 may not use their service.
"Can I join under the same CS account, but a different Discord account?"
As long as your CS account verifies the information via our standard verification PM, yes! However, you are only allowed to have one account under your username in the server at one time, so the other account will be kicked.
"Can I use a nitro profile to hide any rule-breaking content?"
Yes! If you make a custom server profile for CSDS, but still have rule-breaking content on your original profile, we will not moderate on that.
